FaceFront Cosmetics ships worldwide. Our main distribution center is located in Boston, Massachusetts USA. All packages, unless noted otherwise are shipped from Boston USA. We typically ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and with FedEx; however other carriers may be available when calculating your checkout, depending on your geographic location.

Please understand with International Shipping, some service delays may happen, especially if with-in your country there are holidays or general mail service delays. It may take a maximum of 8 weeks for delivery of your item from the shipment date during peak shipping times (Christmas, New Year's Eve) although this is rare. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Returns & Exchanges
As part of our unconditional promise to you, you may return or exchange any product you purchase with FaceFront Cosmetics with-in 45 days after receiving it. All returns or exchanges made after the 45-day period are subject to approval. Returns/exchanges made on-line must be mailed to our corporate headquarters. Returns/exchanges made in-store are subject to that store's return policy, unless otherwise noted. Please follow the directions on the back side of your invoice to learn how to correctly return an item to our warehouse.
Cancellations
If you change your mind with-in 24 hours of making your purchase, or simply need to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting us. Please make sure to include your order number. Please understand that we can sometimes ship an order as early as 2 hours after it has been received and if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. When you receive your order you are more than welcome to refer to our Returns/Exchanges polices as listed above.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect Sales Tax in Massachusetts and Virginia (USA).
